Dr. Kelli Ross grew up in Memphis, Tennessee, before making Florida her home. She earned her undergraduate degree in Biology from Baylor University and received her medical degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis. During medical school, she was inducted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society in recognition of her academic excellence and leadership.
Dr. Ross completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Florida, where she conducted research in high-risk obstetrics that was later published.
Following residency, Dr. Ross joined Dr. McLean at North Florida Regional Medical Center. She practiced independently for one year before Dr. Alderman joined the practice, and together they provided obstetrical care until 2005. Throughout her career, Dr. Ross has remained actively involved in hospital leadership and quality improvement. She previously served on the Cancer Committee and the Continuing Medical Education Committee at North Florida Regional Medical Center. She also served on the Medical Executive Committee and the Credentialing Committee for three years. Her professional interests include preventive women's healthcare, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, and helping women navigate every stage of life with compassionate, personalized care.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Ross enjoys spending time with her family. Her husband is a gastroenterologist, and together they have two children. In her free time, Dr. Ross enjoys traveling, hiking, yoga, and pilates
